What IsSolo Ad |

Solo Ad: DefinitionA "Solo Ad" is an ad which is sent out to subscribers to an ezine, but without any other content. In other words, it's like a special issue of an ezine which simply contains a single ad.Many advertisers believe that Solo Ads, are more effective than ads embedded within normal ezine issues - because Solo Ads have the readers' undivided attention. Not all ezine owners who sell advertising offer Solo Ads, but those that do, often charge more for them than the ads which are "embedded" within the normal issues. Please Note: Many subscribers don't like receiving Solo Ads, especially if they were not told that they would receive them. We think that it's only fair to say on your subscription form, how often (if at all), you will be sending out Solo Ads. Additionally, if you do send out a Solo Ad, be sure to tell people that they are receiving it because they subscribed to your newsletter, and how they can unsubscribe if they want to. Resources:
